OUR TEAM
THE PEOPLE BEHIND YOUR PROJECT.
Tim Knepprath
Raised by a master plumber, Tim learned at an early age the art of problem solving and the satisfaction of a job well done. Guided by his work ethic and motivated by his passion for tools and the trades, Tim attended school at UW Madison and earned a degree in Construction Administration. He secured his first job in the construction industry prior to graduation. Today, Tim is building on over a quarter century of construction experience by combining his vision and wealth of knowledge to help owners find the best solutions while delivering a superior building project on time and on budget. Through honest communication and high quality construction, Tim strives to create an informative, effortless and enjoyable process for each and every Wellspring client.
Brian Verheyen
In 2020 Brian joined the Wellspring team, bringing with him, over 10 years of industry experience. Brian expressed his excitement early on about his transition from a large-scale corporation to a smaller design-build team, emphasizing his enthusiasm to work hands on alongside business owners to make their construction visions and dreams come to life. “I have a passion for construction and gain real satisfaction from seeing a final project and knowing that I was a part of making it happen”. Client relationships and organization make Brian a real team asset. Making sure that an owner feels heard and involved in the process and knows that their time and budget is being treated valuably, is not going‘Above and Beyond’, according to Brian, its basic consideration that he gives to each and every client.
John Pulvermacher
“Seeing a project come to fruition, the development of something where there used to be nothing”, that is what gets Wellspring Construction Group’s Superintendent John Pulvermacher excited. John has more than 30 years of hands-on construction experience, specializing in planning and coordinating. As a newer member of the Wellspring team, John says what he is most excited about is the opportunity to be a part of an expanding company and team. From planning to completion, John easily taps into his years of experience to manage daily on-site operations, and uses strategic problem solving to navigate challenges, ensuring that every wellspring project is of the highest construction industry standards and quality
Sean Walter
Early in my career, I began working with a small family-based kitchen/bathroom remodeling company, performing both field work and management operations. My path in school was never to be in construction, in fact, I was planning to be a History Teacher and or Professor. One thing led to another and now I take part in managing large scale renovations and the construction of “ground up” building projects. Just because you go to school for one thing, does not mean the knowledge and skills you obtain, will not work for something else! The thing I find most rewarding in the construction industry, is looking at a problem from multiple angles to find the most fitting solution.
Cathy Gorn
I come from a very diverse background of customer service and accounting. I enjoy seeing the projects progress from the initial consultation, through planning and bidding, and then progressing to construction. I enjoy the challenge and reward at the Wellspring Construction Group and look forward to a very solid secure career doing what I feel comfortable and confident in with a great team support system! I am proud to be a part of an awesome growing company!
